WELCOME! This program is designed with you and your family in mind. By focusing on quick, easy and family friendly options, I will support you and your family with quarterly seasonal meal pre & planning, a list of recipes, and grocery list of all the staples. I want to take the guess work out of it and ensure you are set up for success. This means less time in the kitchen and more time with your family!

What to Expect & What you Get

1. Family Inclusivity:

Create meal options that support your family appeal to all family members, ensuring that everyone enjoys nutritious food.

·   Weekly Menu: Design a weekly menu that outlines breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner for each day.

·   Recipe Swaps: You will be provided with a list of recipes that can be swapped in and out of your weekly meal plan. This keeps things fresh, allows you to keep family favorites week to week and try new things.

·   Family Favorites: Incorporate favorite family foods or recipes. This can enhance adherence and enjoyment.

2. Macronutrient Balance:

Recipes are designed with a balance of macronutrient intake (proteins, carbohydrates, and fats) to fit your dietary preferences and health goals.

3. Efficiency in Meal Prep:

Establish a straightforward meal preparation routine that minimizes time in the kitchen while maximizing nutritional value.

·  Bulk Buying: Encourage purchasing non-perishable items in bulk where possible to save time and reduce costs.

 ·  Meal Prep Techniques:

o   Batch Cooking: Designate one or two days a week for batch cooking. Prepare large quantities of proteins, grains, and vegetables that can be portioned for meals throughout the week.

o   Storage Solutions: Use clear, labeled containers for easy storage and identification of meal portions, making it easier for the family to access healthy options.

4. Recipe Support:

·   Healthy Recipe Database: Provide a collection of healthy recipes that cater to various macronutrient ratios, dietary needs, and family tastes.

·   Adaptable Recipes: Develop flexibility in the recipes so they can be easily adjusted for adults and kids using similar or the same ingredients.

·   Grocery List Creation:  Create a baseline grocery list ensuring all staple ingredients are included for efficient shopping.

5. Quarterly/Seasonal Check-ins:

This plan does not include weekly 1:1 coaching but because you have signed up for the yearly family optimization program, we get to work together every season/every quarter to assess how things are going and plan for the next seasonal meal plan and recipes. I want to ensure your family is supported, and to keep it fresh.  

6. Feedback Loop:

I encourage open communication about what is working well and what could be improved, allowing for adjustments to the meal plan or recipes, as needed.
