Want to workout, get stronger, fitter, build healthy nutrition habits & behaviors, see measurable results and have someone else program it all for you. Well you have come to the right place. Your program will be designed specifically for you with your goals at the forefront. Personalized programs will be designed for all levels. If you are new or have experience we will position and personalize your program based off, goals, lifestyle, current fitness level and access to equipment.

Included is:

  • Initial virtual or in-person 1:1 with your coach to kickstart your journey

  • Deliver a personalized fitness program that aligns to your goals, lifestyle and activity level

  • Provide movement standards as part of the fitness program

  • Fitness programs will be designed as an 8 week program

  • Weekly online check-ins to stay current with progress, make adjustments, address any challenges, motivate and more

  • 8 week 1:1 in-person or virtual check-ins to assess current level of fitness

  • Pre and Post Training Nutrition Tips

  • Built in flexibility to ensure sustainability and enjoyment. e.g. you have a vacation or travel, you will be provided with a fitness plan to support

  • I provide specialized coaching and training programs to support perimenopause, menopause, pregnancy and post postpartum

Does not include:

I want to support and empower women in their health journey. As females we go through numerous hormonal changes throughout our lives, and we do this without the proper tools around nutrition and fitness. I am incredibly passionate about providing you with the tools you need to achieve your body composition and performance goals as your body goes through those stages.

Pregnancy & Post Partum

Every pregnancy is different and a major life event. Your personalized plan will focusing on proper nutrition intake, mindset as your body is changing, and training considerations throughout each trimester.

You and your body just went through possibly the most transformative experience of your life. As a mom you are prioritizing your little one, but who is looking after your nutrition and health goals? Let us look after you while you look after baby. As you navigate through your post partum journey, we want to help you rebuild a strong foundation with your baby. Your personalized plan will focusing on nutritional needs around training, mindset as your body is changing, and training considerations.

Perimenopause & Menopause

Proper and tailored nutrition is paramount for women as you navigate through the significant changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause. Your program will emphasize the importance of strong nutrition and provides specific training considerations that are personalized to you.

Working together you will learn what nutrition needs your body has and how to adapt your fitness training. You will form new habits, gain the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed and nutritious choices as it relates to the changes you are experiencing during perimenopause and menopause. We want you to feel confident, hit your body composition and performance goals. You are going to feel empowered to feel your best, foster a positive relationship with food and your body.

What to Expect

First Three Months*

  • Begin building a relationship with your coach

  • Get personalized macro profile & learn what macros are

  • Learn what your body needs to feel and perform at its best

  • Start to build consistent habits that are going to support your goals

  • See improvements in your body composition and workout performance

  • You become interested in pairing fitness routine with nutrition routine for the best long term results

  • Six Months*

  • Experience the importance of consistency over time as you start to see results in body composition and strength gains

  • Dial in your accuracy with regarding pre and post training

  • Rely on your coach to support your goals through vacations, holidays and more

  • Notice the positive impacts of healthy habits outside of training, such as sleep, stress management, hydration, and more

  • Employ pre & post nutrition strategies to achieve specific energy and recovery outcomes

  • Discover emotional triggers around food (cravings, tendencies, etc)

  • You are starting to put into motion your macro based nutrition program, understanding portion sizes, etc. (if applicable because you have signed up for nutrition coachin as well)

  • You look forward to your workouts and being active

Twelve Months*

  • Reliance on your coach for support , reminding you of your goals, holding you accountable and optimizing your nutrition

  • You have built healthy habits and behaviors that are automatic

  • Fitness and working out is part of your regular routine

  • Awareness of how to shift your fitness routine as your goals change

  • You are confident in your food choices and excited at the opportunity for vacations, holidays, etc

  • You have dialed in your body composition and your workout performance continues to improve
